Tour Plan

Day 1: ARRIVAL AIZAWL

Meeting and assistance upon arrival as our representatives welcome you and escort you to your car. On arrival, check-in at hotel. Relax a while and then you will be taken for a sightseeing tour of Zotlang Presbyterian, Mizoram Science center etc. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 2: AIZAWL – DAMPA – AIZAWL

Early morning, you will be taken to visit Dampa Tiger Reserve. Unfortunately the chances of spotting a tiger is next to nil but you could spot the sloth bear made famous by the film Life of Pi. It is also possible to see leopards, bison and a variety of birds. Return to Aizawl. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 3: AIZAWL – CHAMPHAI

Today we will drive toward Indo – Myanmar border to reach at Champhai. Champhai is stunning, with spectacular views of the Blue Mountains in neighbouring Myanmar. On arrival, check in at tourist lodge. Dinner and overnight at lodge.

Day 4: CHAMPHAI – MURLEN NATIONAL PARK – AIZWAL

Early morning, after breakfast drive back to Aizwal. En route we will go to Murlen National Park and will explore the rich fauna and flora of this area. This is a verdant sanctuary where you can spot the hoolock gibbon endemic to this region. Proceeding toward Aizwal. On arrival check-in at hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 5: AIZWAL – SAIHA

Early morning, after breakfast we will drive to Saiha, where you can meet the quaintly named Chhimtuipui river and try your hand at angling. Though this is a good fishing spot, but really, Saiha is more about staying in the middle of stunning nature than doing anything. Dinner and overnight at Tourist Lodge.

Day 6: SAIHA – AIZWAL

Early morning, after breakfast we will drive back to Aizwal. On arrival check-in at hotel. Rest of the day is free for leisure. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
