UNESCO World Heritage Site in West Bengal:

Sundarbans National Park: Spread over an area of around 1330.10 square kilometers in the state of West Bengal, the Sunderbans National Park contains the world’s biggest region of mangrove forests. Sunderbans National Park is recorded under UNESCO World Heritage site and is one of the biggest reserves for the Bengal Tigers with the nearness of the Sunderi tree species. Apart from Royal Bengal Tiger, the park is home to several rare and endangered wildlife species including flying creatures, reptiles and water mammals.
